I recently had the opportunity to speak with the folks over at Reflex Systems about their product family. Their goal is providing a comprehensive and integrated family of management products for industry standard systems (both physical and virtual) that can work well with the leading management frameworks from all of the usual suspects.
Reflex System's include tools for secure management of physical and virtualized resources, regulatory and company guideline compliance, and even tools to effectively manage VDI.
I was amazed by how much raw data they could cram into a single screen. While this caused my eyes to cross, I suspect that an IT administrator would soon come to love the approach offered by Reflex. The tool presented a great deal of data and then made it possible for the IT administrator to execute quite a number of tasks to keep the herd moving in the right direction.
I imagine that the IT staff would keep this tool running on one of the screens in their data center operations center and glance at it from time to time to make sure that things are healthy and no surprises are lurking somewhere that could bring workloads or applications down.
If you are looking for a tool that integrates with a number of key management platforms, gathers and displays a great deal of useful data and then allows administrators to control systems, the use of resources and the like, Reflex Systems is worth the time to consider.
